Core Business Operations - Senior Solution Specialist - Project Scheduler Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? - The PMO Scheduler will be driving the creation, updates, tracking, and reporting for multiple MS Project work plans
- Required to adapt to complex project issues and provide successful resolution
- Conduct schedule analysis and provide accurate forecast of all project directives and timelines
- Track and manage project Deliverables and present status to PMO Manager and Project Leadership
- Consult project team leads to gather task status and regularly evaluate changes and additions to approved work plans
- Help shape processes that increase efficiencies in accordance project requirements and client needs
- Mentor and coach stakeholders on their project management methodologies
- Act as subject matter expert on project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end concurrent projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or any IT related degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Project and managing multiple project schedules simultaneously
- Deep exposure developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project)
- PMO experience is desirable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Executive presence
- PMP Certification is strongly recommended
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Must be able to relocate or live in the Gilbert, AZ, Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PAarea
- May require travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is NOT a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
