Desktop Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is in search of IT Desktop Technicians in the Amarillo, TX area to assist a public sector organization with a quick 1 week-long Windows 10 PC refresh and software deployment project. Summary: The technicians will stage, configure, image, and deploy new PCs, following installation instructions and guidelines. This is a contract position starting on 03/01/21 and will take 1 week to complete. The hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch). Working on this short project will put the technician on the bench for future IT projects in the area.REQUIREMENTS: Experience troubleshooting PCs in a professional environment or equivalent education CompTIA certifications are a big plus Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
