Requirement:- 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Experience with MS SQL Server.
- Experience working with Oracle databases.
- Experience with any ticketing system.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with creating both functional and business requirement.
- Experience with process redesign and analyzing databases.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Gather requirements using interviews, requirement workshops, use cases, etc.
- Document detailed business requirements and provide recommendations to refine the business processes.
- Support test strategy definition, test requirements definition, development of test scenarios, and execution of test phases.
- Communicate project progress with all levels of stakeholders.
- Consistently work on learning new aspects of the proprietary software.
