Candidates looking for a long-term temporary-to-full-time position in the Orlando, Florida area will find this Administrative Assistant position to be a terrific opportunity.Key duties:Type technical reports and proposals with numbers, statistics, industry specific terminology, and use correct punctuation, grammar and formatting

Must be able to use tables, headers, footers, footnotes, insert graphics/pictures, and create labels

Must be able to build PDF’s in Adobe Acrobat and able to learn customized software

Typing reports, proposals, invoices; copying, collating and binding reports; filing; data entry; incoming/outgoing mail; and other administrative tasks

Type 50+ wpm proficiently and accurately

Type technical reports and proposals with numbers, statistics, and using specific terminology, ensuring correct punctuation, grammar and format

Proficient in Microsoft Word (tables, labels, formats, etc.), Excel, and building PDF’s in Adobe Acrobat

Must be a quick learner and self-motivated

Must be willing and able to learn and use daily, customized reporting software

Must be very organized

Must be able to multi-task

Must have good communications skills

Must have good problem solving skills
