Route Sales Representative-Delivery Driver

Work for New England's favorite bread and roll bakery! The chosen candidate for this position will service retail, restaurant, and institutional channel business with Calise products on an established route. You will be the face of the company and responsible to ensure customers are receiving orders on-time and in the quantities they have ordered. We will count on you to successfully manage time sensitive deliveries and assure fresh product conditions in retail outlets and work safely. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Valid drivers license is required. No CDL license is required!

Approximate work hours are from 2:30am to noon, but must be flexible to accommodate our customers. This is a full-time regular position with competitive base plus generous commission program and includes excellent benefit package, vacation (pto) and paid holidays.

Company standards include:

-Execute established Company safety, sales , and marketing strategies

-Operate Company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner

-Responsible for reporting to work on time to meet the needs of the business

-Maintain close working relationship and communication with Depot Manager, Supervisors and customers

-Manage all route sales related activities in assigned position and territory

-Responsible for accurate accounting of product received, sold and revenues generated or received.

Job Requirements:

-Reach overhead on a regular basis

-Have the ability to climb repeatedly, stand and sit for long periods of time

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

-Pass drug test and criminal background screening

-Have and maintain a clean driving record
