Foundry Worker

IMMEDIATE OPENING in Winsted!

We're hiring foundry workers for our client in Winsted. If you like to work with your hands and don't mind getting dirty, this is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team that produces sand-casted metal parts used in lightning protection equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, and several of our associates have been hired permanently after the trial period. Plus, our associates are eligible for production bonuses!

Duties include:

Assist molders by supplying mold frames and other materials needed to produce metal castings

Prepare sand molds

Break out molded castings

Finish castings using band saws, grinders and other tools and machinery

First Shift, $13-$15/hr plus eligibility for production bonuses.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
