Mortgage Rate Reduction Reps

We're hiring for our call center located on Barksdale Road in Newark Delaware. Experience is preferred but not required We will train you. The main things were seeking for is energetic, driven, money motivated sales representatives to join our rapidly growing team!

Essential Job Requirements:

-Reading a provided script

-Entering customer information into our system

-Willing to learn product knowledge

-Taking 300 Outbound Calls a day

Successful Lead Generation Representatives have the following characteristics:

- Ability to type quickly and accurately

- Ability to develop and maintain domain knowledge

- Ability to learn and maintain awareness of policies and procedures

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Excellent organizational skills, paired with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- Self-motivation

- Basic computer knowledge

-Reps are doing 6-10 Transfer every day
