At Home Appt Setting Position Hourly + Bonuses

Full time, permanent, remote call center positions!

We're are B GREEN (aka Clean Energy Research)! We are located in Lakewood, Colorado and we are all working REMOTELY because of Covid.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM Mountain Time (no weekends)

JOB: Outbound dialing! You log in to our predictive dialer and process calls. The dialer does all the work for you, you just talk! We call people all over the country, ask them a few questions about their home and attempt to schedule a free solar assessment for them to learn about solar.

These people have not expressed interest, so you're going to make HUNDREDS of calls every day for every 1-4 people you get per day who say YES, so thick skin, patience and resilience required!

PAY: $12/hr base pay. PLUS bonuses! ($100 at 8 appts, and another $40 for every appt after that - UNCAPPED)

0-7 appts set for the week: Hourly pay only $12/hr ($480/week at 40 hours)

8 Appts (quota): $12/hr PLUS $100 bonus! ($580/week at 40 hours)

9 Appts: $12/hr PLUS $140.00 bonus! ($620/week at 40 hours)

10 Appts: $12/hr PLUS $180.00 bonus! ($660/week at 40 hours)

12 Appts: $12/hr PLUS $220 bonus! ($740/week at 40 hours)

15 Appts: $12/hr PLUS $380 bonus! ($860/week at 40 hours)

20 Appts: $12/hr PLUS $580 bonus! ($1060/week at 40 hours)

25 Appts: $12/hr PLUS $780 bonus ($1260/week at 40 hours)

You can also choose to go on a flat commission only structure which has comparable weekly pay regardless of how many hours you work.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience working under a quota required

Reliable computer or laptop required! (Chromebooks/tablets will not work)

Able to work 40 hours per week

Positive and resilient attitude, OK with handling a LOT of calls
