Our company is looking for a focused, detail oriented and industrious candidate to join our team. Ideal candidates will be team-players with a positive, can-do attitude.

The dry end operator, working an 8-10 hour rotating shift schedule, is responsible for operating our case packer, case marker, case wrapper and palletizer.

Operating duties include:

- Changing the different equipment parts and/or settings according to package requirements.

- Meeting production requirements - cases/hr.

- Keeping all equipment supplied with necessary materials.

- Clearing jams or packer crashes and clearing inkjet heads as needed.

- Identifying and removing any defective bottles from the line.

- Ensuring pallets are stacked properly.

- Maintaining high quality standards and working with management if any quality issues arise.

- Perform general daily plant sanitation and clean-up as required.

- Complying with all company policies and procedures including safety and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

- Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- College Diploma or Trade School Graduate is a plus.

- Previous work in a manufacturing environment or food plant operations is a plus.

Physical requirements:

- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time

- Qualified individuals must be able to frequently lift/push/pull/move items weighing up to 50lbs.

General requirements:

- Must have means of transportation.

- Professional appearance is mandatory: well groomed, covered shoes, shorts, and company uniform.

- Health and personal hygiene compliance with the Federal and Hawaii ‘Good Manufacturing Practices-Food Plant requirements’ is mandatory.
