Sales Representative

Webfoot Concrete Coatings is looking to hire a few energetic sales representative to work in our Boise office What is it we’re selling? Experience with in-home sales is a plus. Most of our sales occur during the initial meeting at a home or warehouse. Our clients range from gearheads looking to trick out their garage, to Grandpa who maintains a pristine space, to building owners and facility managers looking for the most durable possible option for their food processing plant. The competitive advantages of our offering are staggering. The competition's only weapon is that they are cheap.

Our thorough sales training program will quickly get you up to speed so you can sell intelligently, guiding clients through our sales process. Serious Pay and Benefits:

Compensation will be performance driven with base salary of $60k and commission/bonuses that can take total compensation between $75,000-$100,000+. Paid time off, company sponsored IRA, Health, Vision, Dental, cell phone and tablet, paid training, and company vehicle also available after achieving certain milestones.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years sales experience

Cool, calm, collected

Excellent presentation skills

Strong time management and organization habits

Willingness to costume up to leave an impression

Strong technology and computer skills
