Mortgage Loan processor / underwriter

Looking for Experienced Loan processors with minimum 4 years recent experience

Underwriter experience is welcome

-Work from office in Idaho Falls or Remotely depending on experience.

- Must have ample knowledge on loan structuring/ income calculations / DTI requirements / running AUS

- Able to manage a pipeline of 20+ files monthly.

Work with Borrowers in collecting documents/ reviewing docs/ and having good communication with borrowers and loan officers.

- must have a proven track record of closings.

- earning potential is unlimitted/
