OUR OPENING AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESOur Operations Group is searching for a customer focused individual with an accounting background to fill the Customer Support and Revenue Manager role. Responsibilities will include managing the customer care organization to ensure customer satisfaction and working closely with the Accounting and Finance organization on various accounting and month-end tasks.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise the daily activities of the customer care team and provide support and instruction in customer service related tasks
  • Interact with customers and other MT business units on a regular basis, providing support for quotes, order placement, stock availability and shipment status
  • Process customer orders in SAP verifying applicable customer discounts, terms and conditions, credit terms, SOX compliance and coordinate with the supply chain team for order fulfillment
  • Support sales team in bid preparation and supplying redacted invoices for pricing verification
  • Initiate invoices for products and services and distribute to customers. Ensure revenue is properly recognized.
  • Serve as point of contact for Letters of Credit and ensure all necessary information is complete. Prepare commercial invoice/packing slip and bank documents and submitting payments to the bank.
  • Collect past due accounts receivable on customer accounts by resolving issues and achieving a corporate assigned DSO. Review payment application by our Shared Services Group and document customer deposits. Review past due receivable accounts with members of Finance, Sales and Service.
  • Perform various accounting related tasks including cash flow management, bad debt analysis, preparation of credit memo requests and month-end tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned by the Head of Operations and Head of Finance.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or other related field
  • Five to seven (5-7) years of Accounting and/or Customer Service experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience
  • Experience with SAP (highly preferred)
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Experience working with international business colleagues would be ideal
