Dynamics 365: FSM Functional Consultant" Job Location: Houston, TX but REMOTE during COVID Duration: Long Term Must have:

• Must have 4-5 Implementation projects experience with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in end-to-end SDLC stages i.e. Gathering business requirement, design, testing, go-live, production support etc.
• Experience in solutioning of business requirements
• Hands-on experience in D365 CE modules i.e. specifically Field Service & Sales
• Hands-on knowledge of D365 configurations and customizations
• Proficient in CRM's core OOB functionalities like workflows, business rules, business process flow, security framework, user setup etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customer directly and resolve issues
• Experience in handling team & working as a SPOC for client
• Handling integrations with third-party applications like Marketo, ClickDimensions, portals, ERP, CPQ etc.

• Working knowledge on other D365 CE modules i.e. Customer Service, Project Service Automation will be added advantage
• Working knowledge of D365 PowerApps Portals
• Basic knowledge of LogicApps
• Certifications on D365 CE will be added advantage
• Onsite-Offshore experience will be added advantage

• Will be working as primary functional consultants to provide the solutions
• Assist team in estimations, Proof of concepts, definition, designs of robust and efficient configuration solutions
• Participate in Daily Kanban meetings, design workflows and fields and articulate stories for the developers
• Participate in rollout activities, testing of the implementation etc.
