- Will lead client meetings to gather and analyze requirements and translate into SharePoint workflows
- Identify process automation opportunities in SharePoint, for example, approval processes
- Day to day SharePoint site maintenance, helping business structure SharePoint intranet pages, news elements, documents, calendars, creating forms with conditional questions
- Play a key role for software upgrades and implementations
- Creating test plans, verifies software releases
- Create flow charts, diagrams, training materials and other documentation as needed.
- 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience building workflows with SharePoint, MS Power Automate / Flow or similar.
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with Business Process Development software implementation life cycle, requirements gathering, project management tasks and quality assurance.
- Understanding of Financial or Manufacturing processes and applications a plus.
