    • Formulate and define scope and objectives of program in collaboration with the workstream owners and ensures agreement and communication.
    • Manage metrics requirements with Senior Product Manager and Group Manager of Microsoft, working closely with Engineering Team to explain the requirement, developing Tech specs and BRDs, reviewing the metrics deliverables before passing to dev teams.
    • Assist FTE Group manager and Senior Product Manager with requirement clarifications , feature demos.
    • Translate business requirements to work with Engineering team with proposed business scenarios solutions on agreement from stakeholders that aligns with the business strategy.
    • Manage the Module deliverable with Engineering Lead to ensure module release on the required date, within the approved scope.
    • In partnership with various metrics, actively manage assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and potential impacts, and facilitates the development of appropriate mitigation actions.
    • Provide accurate, timely and fit for purpose programs and/or project status reports using established norms.
    • Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets
    • Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues
    • Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners
    • Coordinate and communicate between business users and the data warehouse organization, balancing requirements, and resources to solve business problems
    • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
    • Ability to build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed
    • Work closely with engineering and operations to document business processes
    • Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes
    • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
    • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
