- Participate in program/projects and assist in the gathering & documenting of business requirements.
- Participate in analysis of complex functional business requirements
- Collaborate across businesses and IT to ensure that technical design meets the business requirements and IT strategy
- Analyze business requirements and work with appropriate project resources to identify delivery to requirements
- Provide business and technical leadership in project activities and decision making processes
- Develop best practices, standards, and IT processes within business capabilities
- Design, prepares and executes Unit tests. Represents team to client/customers.

- Experience building reports using Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with virtual teams
- Experience with an SDLC methodology
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience with CRMs like salesforce
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with SQL
