Job Responsibilities:- Sell Software Development, Maintenance, Testing, Test Automation, and RPA services that Opteamix offers.
- Achieve sales targets as established by the organization
- Manage the end-to-end sales process (including generating leads and prospecting) to build an optimal sales pipeline
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships at multiple levels with prospective clients to identify new business development opportunities
- Collaborate with the Pre-sales, Technology, and Global Delivery teams to craft suitable solutions and compelling proposals
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proven experience of selling IT services nationally for 5 to 8 years with a software services firm
- Experience in selling IT services to technology leaders, business owners, and C-level executives
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales revenue targets and new client acquisition
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of software services, market trends, industry, competitors, latest technologies & business models
- Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to technology consulting, enterprise IT solutions, etc.
