This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take true ownership of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running IT Projects through the SDLC.Long Term Contract / 12 months + extensionLocation: Remote, but may need to come onsite occasionally in the North Charlotte area Responsibilities:- Lead the full SDLC in a Hybrid Agile environment
- Manage the overall scope of work that relates to Application Development
- Drive the teams and projects to achieve the results in the necessary timeline and within budget
- Conduct daily standup and weekly meetings with key team members performing work and weekly meetings with PM team
- Provide honest and thorough feedback
- Run all projects through the full SDLC
- Independently collaborate with multiple teams
- Strong Agile background
- Be highly organized – will be splitting time evenly to help with 2 teams
- Have a persistent personality and strong drive to make sure team goals are being completed
- Strong decision maker
- Must over communicate and have full transparency
- 6+ years experience in project management, requirements, definition, and/or deployment of business requirements to information systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
