Business Process Improvement Analyst

TeamSoft is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join their team in Madison, WI. We are looking for someone who has a strong track record of evaluating current business processes and uncovering areas for improvement. From there, this person should be able to develop and implement process improvement solutions. This position will require you to lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings and prioritize/manage multiple projects.Requirements:

• History of leading and supporting successful process improvement projects
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Experience eliciting and gathering requirements
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience creating reports and giving presentations
• Ability to monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
