  • Client Relationship Development
  • Working with the Pre Sales, Sales and Practice Team to work on the Account Growth Plan, Solution Design, Program Strategy and Delivery Management.
  • Executing the Account Growth Plan as per the defined strategy and consistently meet the revenue and profit targets.
  • Ability to use/gain Domain relevant technical and operations knowledge to create operational and transformational opportunities with the client.
  • Experience in domain consulting across Healthcare and BFSI would be preferred.
  • Breath of transformation methods and skills competency.
  • Experience in leading and delivering global delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, office and PM toolset skills.
  • Innovative mindset, fluent in digital technologies and their application.
  • Creative problem solver, aggressive project manager
