- Proficient in building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Excel
- Handling various internal project requests from managers as needed - Sales/Productivity Analysis – Trend Analytics - by territory segmentation, product, as designated by time frame (quarterly production, annual production, etc.; comparative analysis across regions
- Advanced Excel – Macros – VBA and/or SQL skills desired
- Proficient in building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Excel
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to manage an array of ad-hoc project deliverables
- Solid understanding of sales incentive and compensation programs in pharma/animal health and ability to work closely with business unit stakeholders to provide specific support to time-sensitive initiatives
- Ability to build MS Excel and/or Tableau Dashboards
- System conversion/new platform implementation
- Heavy emphasis on Data Validation and Reconciliation – looking at historical data from MS Excel Workbooks, identify patterns and trends – ensure that data is properly reflected to ensure smooth synergy in conversion
- Advanced Excel – Macros – VBA and/or SQL skills required
- Proficient in building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or Excel
