Location: Tempe, AZ Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Support Engineer in Phoenix, AZ.

This job will have the following responsibilities: Oversee production support of core platforms, including triaging and escalating issues, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options. Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and provide support during platform release activities. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required. Highly proficient experience and understanding of Agile Scrum. Solid understanding of relevant business issues, projects and tech team roadmaps. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio Drawing tools along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is required. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Experience managing multiple , complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments. A background in the financial services industry is a strong plus.Qualifications & Requirements:- Salesforce

- Support Service reps in call centers / handling overflow support tickets
- Supporting several different voice solutions
- Aruba devices
- SVO into their computers at office
- Documentation / Analysis / Developing dashboards - splunk
- On call rotation will be required
- Working with Dev teams on documentation new functions
- Strong Genesys skills
- Employee MAC's (Moves / Adds / Changes)
