Job Description Triveni is a technology company located in the New York City area. Triveni utilizes agile technologies to develop solutions for our clients. We are seeking highly-motivated engineers to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on the engineering and development of complex business requirements. Our client is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Lead/Architect with experience building engagement/channel solutions around customer needs within parameters of complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be an expert technical architect developing web and mobile solutions; using traditional; new and emerging technologies. The candidate should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer engagement platforms. Hands-On Expertise in leading technology implementations using ReactNative; and Kotlin. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with technologists to C-level executives is key to be successful in this role. - Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical architecture for different customer engagement solutions
- Exercise your strong decision-making skills in terms of technical solutions and architectural frameworks
- Create technical solution and architecture; artifacts; work products and presentation of the solution with the customer. Deliver engagement platforms and architecture recommendations based on requirements and industry best practices
- Review functional and technical requirements; raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
- Develop reusable artifacts/frameworks; re-usable assets; industry solutions; reference architecture; design; development and QA best practice
- Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features. Work closely with Product Owners; Scrum Masters; Senior Business Analysts; and other client stakeholders
- Working as a member of a design; build and test agile team continuously releasing new features

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Computer Engineering or a software-related discipline. A Master's degree in a related field is an added plus
- Strong experience in React Native and Kotlin
- 10+ years programming with supporting/interfacing with business stakeholders experience; multi-platform experience; and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience; which would provide an equivalent background.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technical lead for web/mobile-based projects
- 4+ years of experience in designing and building solutions using the web; mobile and other customer engagement channels
- Experience implementing Web/Mobile apps using the above technologies a minimum of 4 different instances with full lifecycle involvement.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in implementing and using CI/CD framework technologies such as Jenkins or Bamboo
- At least 1+ year of experience working as a member of an Agile team
- 1+ years of Healthcare payer domain experience preferred
- The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A critical thinker that challenges assumptions and seeks new ideas
- Proactive sharing of accomplishments; knowledge; lessons; and updates across the organization
- Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus
- Experience designing; building; testing and releasing software solutions in a complex; large organization
