Bookkeeper/assistant; bar/hospitality/real estate

The bar business and commercial real estate are not businesses for the weak at heart.

We are a local real estate company(Tolch Properties) In addition, we also own and operate a bar (The Midway Saloon) located across from Allianz Field.

We are looking for an individual that has experience with:

QuickBooks

Excel

Payables/receivables

Inventory

maintaining rent rolls

Working with tenants

The Summer is approaching and we look forward to getting back to sports, and music from the Midway stage.

Soccer will be back with a need to add additional bartenders, servers, parking attendants, and pull tab sales people to our staff.

Bar experience and a real estate background are helpful.

If you possess graphic skills, or social media experience, these skills are a plus but not essential to the position.

Hours and time have some flexibility but are approximately 25-30 hours per week.

Background dependent; pay rates are 19.00-23.00 per hour.
