Job Description
Project Summary:This project creates an opportunity to develop CRM templates, dashboard and reporting to support the launch of a new generation of connected car units for 6 automotive brands.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Knowledge of file layouts for email and mail campaigns
- Understanding of variable data as it pertains to outbound communications
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with sftp / encryption tools
- Experience with Excel
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Automotive experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) a bonus, but not necessary. CRM in general would be nice.
