- Sell the organization’s amazing products to enterprise level customers
- Prospect and generate leads to create outbound processing of sales functions
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in of enterprise level selling, and set an awesome example for the rest of our best in class team
- Use a variety of modern sales technologies (Social selling, automation tools) technologies to proactively sell to C-Level Executives
- Own the entire sales process from end to end: Generate new leads, convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close deals
- Foster practices that encourage improvement and bias towards action through retrospection, learning and outcomes.
- Join an inclusive, collaborative, and skilled sales team that loves to sell reliable, scalable, intuitive, and useful products.
- Have 4 + years of professional sales experience
- Have experience prospecting your own leads, and are excited about the idea of proactively sourcing your own leads
- Are ambitious and motivated with a #Go-Get-Results attitude that will drive you to deliver outbound sales leads
- Have experience or familiarity with a CRM
- Have experience with social selling, prospecting, or utilizing a sales automation tool
- Have experience selling to C-Level executives
- Have experience selling Software
- Have a BS degree or higher in any field
- Have experience selling Human Resources (or related) Technologies
- Have experience selling to Enterprise Level Customers
- Have mentored junior Sales Reps in the past
