Position: Business Systems Analyst (Remote Until Covid)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

The responsibilities and skills must include:
  • Extremely good communication skills
  • Should be on BA/BSA (as a primary role) for last 5+ years preferably in insurance industry
  • Should have 2+ years on in-depth Data Quality and Analysis issues - very good understanding of how data affects reporting, how data flows from systems and being used by end clients of the systems. In this directly basis knowledge of RDBMS systems would be needed for pulling data from various systems
  • Should be very well versed with Agile, and have handled technical teams as a PO, experience handling UI, API & Data teams
  • Should be adept at gathering requirements from end clients and converting them into stories for the technical team
  • User requirements analysis
  • Business objective solutioning and problem solving
  • Create test cases and scripts
  • Prepare test data to be loaded into the database. Execute test script logging results
  • Document defects include steps to reproduce the anomaly
  • Utilize analysis and diagramming tools to represent business processes
