You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include:Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

Identify, plan for and resolve complex client issues

Identify and manage project risks around scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Contribute to the development of your own team's technical acumen

Develop strategies to solve complex technical and structural challenges, addressing business process redesign

Train, mentor, and lead staff, possibly on a remote basis, to enhance recruitment and retention efforts

Guide client conversations towards effective outcomes

POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 50-75% TRAVEL ACROSS THE UNITED STATESQualificationsRequired: Minimum of one year of organizational change management and/or business process redesign experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

Consulting experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Physician practice / hospital operations subject matter specialization in client engagements related to improving the efficiencies

Track records of success in using data analytics to identify opportunities and solutions

Ability to engage clinicians in driving sustainable cultural and organizational change

Demonstrates a proven record of success in the following areas:Building and maintaining networks of client relationships

Managing resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing, and collections

Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials

Utilizing applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project to create deliverables for existing clients

Designing and developing data analysis and analytical tools to identify opportunities and build cases for change

Communicating value propositions and articulating overall impact of proposed actions

Developing strong rapport with client clinical and executive leadership

Effectively communicating with clinicians to build an atmosphere of trust and solicit active participation in initiatives

Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation

Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff

Coaching staff, including providing timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback

Developing, writing, presenting, and facilitating discussions on strategy to al levels of industry audiences, clients, and internal staff and management
