The Support Operations Manager will be located at the institutional training facility at Fort Gordon, GA and will be responsible for facilities maintenance, logistics and security management, environmental health and safety, and quality management programs to include:Ensure quality of performance of this effort and adherence to the accepted quality control plan.Engage in regular Bi-weekly face-to-face meetings and provide required reports and documentation.Primary point of contact in addition to the PM for the Government regarding performance associated with the daily operations.Minimum/General Experience:Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervisory or management capacity with project management experience in military or technical training environments of comparable size and scope.Minimum Education:Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related degree e.g., Business Operations, Logistics, etc) with concentration in Facilities, Logistics, Acquisition or related field; four (4) years of experience (in addition to minimum experience requirements) may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Training:Have prior work experience with Directorate of Public Works or comparable organization particularly in real property improvements and modifications.Possess Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Training Course (CTC) instructor certification.Other InformationBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Matching, AD&D InsuranceEEO Employer F/M/Vet/Disabled
