Machine Operator

Piller Aimmco Inc., a leading manufacturer in the injection molding and tooling industry is hiring for Full Time Machine Operators. No experience required, will train.

Schedules: 12 Hour shifts 2 on 3 off alternating schedules. Work less days a week and have 40 hours.

A & C Shift – 7:30 am to 7:45 pm

B & D Shift – 7:30 pm to 7:45 am

A&C Shift: $15.00/hr

B&D Shift: $15.50/hr & $300 signing bonus after 90 days

Essential Functions:

· Is familiar with the company’s Quality Management System, including the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and the impact the employee has on meeting the objectives. (Reference the Quality Manual, and the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and Measurements)

· Inspect Parts per Customer requirements

· Trim Parts as needed

· Package Parts

· Tighten and secure straps on pallets

· Must be able to deal with a fast paced environment

· Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company objectives

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) skills

· Computer usage and typing skills are essential

· Continuous standing, walking, stretching, reaching, bending, and stooping required

· Ability to continuously lift and/or move up to 10lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 55lbs
