Advisory Seniors specialize inserving EY clients by guiding them through
complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with
analytical and reporting solutions.We’ll look to you to provide our clients witha unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improvetheir entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. This is an expanding area of our practicewith high growth and plenty of opportunities to enhance the skillsets ofindividuals looking to build a career.Your keyresponsibilitiesYou’llspend most of your time managing client
engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver
professional services, and managing business development activities on
strategic and global priority accounts.Skills andattributes for successFosteringrelationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistentlydelivering quality client services. Driving high- quality work products withinexpected timeframes and on budget.
Monitoringprogress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed aboutprogress and expected outcomes.

To qualify for therole you must haveAbachelor's degree and approximately five years of related work experience; or agraduate degree and approximately four years of related work experience
Aminimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services inthe following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting,forecasting or BI reporting
Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPMsolutions landscape (e.g. Hyperion Planning, HFM, OneStream, Anaplan, Tagetik,Essbase, Hyperion, Essbase, SQL, PBCS, FCCS).
Astrong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts andpractices for EPM
Proventrack record of understanding business challenges and translating them intovalue add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - activelyparticipate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively findingand using data to manage complex analysis

Awillingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%. A validdriver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness andability to travel internationally
