This person will handle the following tasks on my team:• Gather information about current builds and inform the team of the payload content;• Manage pre-production, and pre-canary deployments for services and clients;• Keep track of the manual and automated test results, dispatch issues as appropriate;• Manage and stage production deployments for service and clients once validated;• Triage bugs, incidents, and requirements;• Track bug fixes for the next iteration;• Keep operational Troubleshooting Guides up to date given ongoing changes;• Keep operational dashboards and queries up to date given ongoing changes. We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications• 2+ years of software development and/or devOps experience;• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript;• Experience in distributed version control system e.g. Git;• Experience with query languages e.g. SQL, Kusto or similar;• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent years of work experienceThe ideal candidate will bring the following technical and interpersonal skills to the team:• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills;• Exhibit a customer-first mentality in service incident management, data analysis, and root-cause analysis;• Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communicator with ability to share technical details.
