Our top client is looking for an Application Developer with C#/SQL Server. This role is Contract to hire and will be supporting complex, business critical C# /SQL Server and Angular web-based applications. Must be based in the Greater Detroit area but will be 100% to begin until Covid restrictions are lifted.
Responsibilities include:- Provide daily application support to end users responsible for resolving all issues and documenting resolution in production support ticketing system
- Analyze and develop data automation solution for monthly data load processes across multiple applications
- Develop solutions for small enhancement and problem tickets related to existing production web applications
- Five years with progressively more responsible experience in information technology systems, developing applications and programming techniques required
- Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and developing high risk and complex business applications required
- Experience in developing and executing test scenarios/test case is required.
- Should have good analytical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills required
- Technical experience in AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, and IIS 7.5 is preferred
- Experience working with BCBSM EDW data warehouse is preferred
- Knowledge of Healthcare Claims & Membership data is preferred
- Working experience with Agile development methodology is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required with a major in computer science /information technology preferred
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer App Builder certification is preferred.
- MCSA SQL Database Development certification is preferred
