Business Systems Analyst (Release Management)

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Business Systems Analyst (Release Management) in Saint Louis, MO.Summary:We are looking for a BSA to come aboard on a Release Management team at one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in the nation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who desires accelerated career growth. This position is contract to hire and can work remotely until the workforce returns to office from COVID-19 WFH protocols.Notes about this project: Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time Continually work towards making improvements in the release process Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code mergesREQUIREMENTS: General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, CICD JIRA, ServiceNow, and oracle SQL developer Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a mustKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
