RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client is seeking a motivated, analytical Remote Senior Veeva / Salesforce CRM Specialist in the life sciences industry to support our clients' various Veeva/Salesforce CRM platforms & the data integrations with Master Data Management & Data Warehouse solutions. This role is 100% remote including after pandemic is over. Summary:The role will work closely with Veeva CRM platforms upstream & downstream systems in a team environment, including a Master Data Management system, Data Warehouse, & Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate should be a CRM specialist with interest or experience in learning Veeva & a previous Salesforce or related CRM background. The ideal candidate will know the ins & outs of the Veeva platform from both a front-end & back-end perspective: configuration; administration; common objects/data model; system functionality, processes, & behaviors; etc. The candidate will be part of a 100% remote team, but occasional travel will be required to client sites after the pandemic is over. Job Responsibilities: Guide a client through Veeva/Salesforce CRM implementation from a data-management perspective: attend requirements calls with third-party vendors & the client; review business & technical documentation, providing necessary feedback to support deliverables & client needs; provide expert opinions (& best practices advice) to the client & Veeva/Salesforce CRM implementation team related to the data & integration to/from systems; setup integration processes between Veeva/Salesforce CRM & systems, working with other internal resources Once operational, resolve any production-support Veeva/Salesforce CRM integration issues in a timely manner, working with client, Veeva/Salesforce CRM administrator Understand the interdependencies between Veeva/Salesforce CRM and MDM, Data Warehouse, and BI solutions Document business requirements, technical solutions, integration processes, and data flows as neededREQUIREMENTS: BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience Experience configuring and administering at least one CRM platform, such as: Min 2-10+ years of experience with Veeva or Salesforce CRM Strong desire to learn Veeva CRM Experience with OCE, Synergistix, Mobile Intelligence will be considered Strong SQL skills Strong data analysis skills in your tool of choice; our primary tools are SQL Server, QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of data integration options and mechanisms: web services, flat files, etc. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with an internal team and external customers Strong written and verbal communication skills The following qualifications are a plus: Certifications in Salesforce.com, Veeva, OCE, and/or Mobile Intelligence Business-analysis and requirement-definition skills; Be able to gather clear and complete requirements, shaping what is needed Experience with DDL and procedural SQL (stored procedures, etc.) Experience with Master Data Management systems, preferably in the life sciences industry Experience with Data Warehousing, preferably in the life sciences industry Life sciences/pharmaceutical industry knowledge, especially experience with pharmaceutical customer data (HCPs, HCOs, affiliations) Experience designing and creating reports and/or ad-hoc extracts: being able to present the appropriate, relevant information in an intuitive and actionable way Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
