  • Proven track record of launching high value, market-appropriate solutions and creating business strategies that drive top line growth

  • Experience leading and participating in primary and secondary research initiatives to identify and size market opportunities.

  • Ability to set context and establish priorities to ensure delivery of high value work across a matrixed organization
  • Exposure to common digital marketing programs and familiarity with how to measure success.
  • Initiative, business acumen, and ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field with at least 7 years of progressive experience in product management leadership.

  • Experience working with Marketing on targeted campaigns for B2C and B2B customers
  • Ideally have experience working with or on complex B2C enterprise solutions, and products that rely on or utilize large amounts of data.
  • Some prior experience with background screening and data
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • A MBA is highly desirable but not required
Impact You'll Make:
  • Oversee TransUnion's SmartMove business ,which targets independent landlords through a retail website and partnerships (both marketing and API). In this role, you will:
  • Create the Strategy
    • Uncover the spoken and unspoken needs of users and partners through primary and secondary research
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and the key players in the marketplace
    • Identify opportunities to leverage TU's current and evolving data and solutions to create competitive differentiation and solve market problems for our target segments
    • Size market opportunities and select winners
    • Create, present, and evangelize the three year strategy for the independent landlord business
  • Execute the Strategy
    • Work across matrixed organization to create and successfully launch new products and services
    • Ensure organization delivers highest value work by using analytical thinking to determine best approach to prioritization
    • Drive go-to-market plans that include effective sales enablement tools, internal training, and reporting metrics to measure success
  • Achieve Growth Goals
    • Develop a P&L that supports a growth outlook and meet or exceed commitments
    • Assist in development of Sales messaging, including bespoke content for key opportunities, that conveys the value proposition of the business
    • Participate in key sales presentations as the "subject matter expert"
    • Identify break out opportunities and champion business cases to pursue funding and support
Compensation:We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates' knowledge skills and abilities.
