- Support Lead
- Relevant experience will be 5+ Years
- Knowledgeable on MercuryGate TMS (Transport Management Systems)
- Experience with Systems Integration
- Will be part of Support team.
- Will understand the Support requirements from Business, Customers, Internal teams
- Depending on the requirement / ask (Support or Integration), will coordinate between the Imagine, Build, Support teams, and plan activities
- Coordinate between Onsite and Offshore teams
- Clear communications will be important aspect.
