Job Title: Core Java Developer Location: Dallas, TX (local candidate will get first preference) Onsite after Covi Duration: Full Time/Permanent Role Interview Process: Hacker Rank Test + 1 Tech round + 2 Rounds client Interview Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for development or enhancements of Control and Business Projects. Responsible of developing code, testing it thoroughly, Support UAT and rolling out change in production.
  • You should be aware of handling business requests, design related changes, enhancements, meet project deadlines, communicate with business users for clarity of requirements.
Required skills:
  • Expert on Java/J2EE
  • Java resources with significant Spring, Hibernate experience.
    • Java, j2ee Server Hands on
    • Micro services
    • Hibernate, SQL
    • Web Services (REST, SOAP),
    • Spring Boot
    • Spring MVC
  • Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.
  • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc) is needed to be successful in this position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understand how to access and use JIRA for tickets and update them for project status
  • Work with stakeholders to confirm, validate, understand or clarify the requirements or enhancement requests
  • Be aware of all stakeholders and communicate with them effectively on project status
  • Understand the downstream and upstream applications to assess the impact of enhancements
  • Understand the build process and release process for development, enhancements and bug fixes to be rolled out in production
