Affirma, rated one of Washington's Fastest Growing Companies by Seattle Business Magazine is looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our growing Northwest Arkansas team in Fayetteville! This person will be focused on expanding our presence within existing Affirma clients to help solve key business problems by delivering our technology and marketing consulting expertise solutions!

With offices now in Reno, Austin, Fayetteville, Dublin and India, we are looking for talented individuals who want to help continue to drive Affirma solutions into enterprise level accounts. In this role you will be responsible for driving lead generation and partnering with Customer Engagement Managers as well as Senior Leadership to drive deals and land revenue. Responsibilities:

Strengthen strategic relationships through high-volume outbound prospecting

Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads using sales tools such LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach and Dynamics

Work closely with Customer Engagement Managers to understand client needs and continued sales knowledge development

Expand sales in existing accounts by evaluating current technology and marketing challenges, identifying project-based work needs and introducing new products and services

Schedule 8 prospecting meetings per week and 5 outbound qualified opportunities a month

Actively participate in training and educational opportunities to improve and broaden job related skill sets and technical knowledge

Essential Job Requirements:

1-3 years of related sales experience or previous customer service experience

Excellent written and oral communications skills for continually building rapport with new accounts

Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Affirma

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team

Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and/or external customers

Travel as needed for the purpose of meeting with clients or off-site personnel

Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of all problems while having strong objection handling skills

Bachelor’s Degree
