Minimum Requirements: At least 22 years old Tractor must be 2015 or newer 24 months Class A experience (18 months must be in last 3 years) No more than 4 minor violations (including speeding) in last 3 years (Approval required if a total of 3 violations are in last 12 months) No more than 1 chargeable accident in the last 3 years (Cannot have major violation or more than 2 minor violations in combination with chargeable accident)
