The RoleAs the Netsuite Staff Accountant you will be responsible for accounting, admin and support functions for multiple locations: Your responsibilities will include:- General functions: filing, organize vendor/customer files, mail, etc Data entry/support for AP Maintain excel spreadsheets for reconciliation of accounts and other analysis Provide consistent and accurate accounting help to operations Perform end of the month tasks: review/reconcile corporate cards, vendor statements, etc Execute various projects/duties as needed
YOUTo be a good fit for this role you should have the following experience:- Minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience Minimum of 2 years working in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables and V-Lookups Minimum of 1 year working with Netsuite ERP system
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately Ability to prioritize the completion of multiple projects assigned simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and management interaction Basic accounting skills with ability to perform simple analytics High attention to detail and ability to efficiently work on several projects at once Excellent soft-skills for working amongst the accounting and admin team Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
