ServiceNow Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce client is looking for a Mid-Senior Level ServiceNow Developer as part of their Corporate Technology team in Columbus, OH.REQUIREMENTS: Prefer ServiceNow developer or admin certification Must have worked on ServiceNow implementations for 3+ years as developer/test automation developer/admim; Works to convert applications/processes to ServiceNow; analyzes how to approach, maps data fields and recommends/drives solutions; experience doing technical designs Must have experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) module; will maintain regression test suite as part of job responsibilities Must have experience with ITSM, Incident Change, Service Portal; CSM experience preferred Should be familiar with workflows, flow designers, Virtual Agent, Guided Tours Must be able to research, learn and teach in prep for accepting each upgrade; must be able to self-teach functions and capabilities of ServiceNow; Client takes 2 major upgrades each year (on Paris now) a few months after GA; aim is to utilize out of the box functionality but heavy configuration and some customization is also involved Must be able to understand what's possible/preferable from a development perspective; be able to recommend alternatives and articulate benefits rather just saying 'no'; 2021 work will include addressing tech debt, mobile application enhancements and foundational platform capability work Experience using Microsoft Teams required Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
