Sr. Java Developer

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Sr. Java Developer for a contract to hire opportunity with a rapidly growing company in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC). The Sr. Java Developer will be responsible for demonstrate passion and ownership by embracing all aspects of software development analysis, development, testing and deployment to join the Data Infrastructure team in Engineering. Responsibilities of the Sr. Java Developer: • Develop Java applications using Java • Write well tested and documented Java code • Cooperates with team members to deliver projects on schedule • Collaborate with application architects and other developers to ensure high quality deliverables. Qualifications of the Sr. Java Developer: • 5+ Years of strong Java experience • Experience with Spring Boot • Experience with any MQ system • Experience with Docker • Experience with Angular, MVC, and AWS Compensation for the Sr. Java Developer: • Salary: $50/hour • Benefits: Cigna Healthcare, MetLife Dental, VSP Vision, 401K with Voya, and Paid Time Off.
