As the Product Owner of our Salesforce platform, individual will lead the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, development, implementation and adoption of the tool. This role is a strategic senior level individual contributor who will own oversight of the Salesforce portfolio. Will define the roadmap and strategy and will be a critical contributor to our digital transformation, who can productively influence the project team s thinking around solutions and to challenge legacy or historical norms. The Product Owner will represent strategic business priorities, with a goal of maximizing the business value of our sales & marketing strategy. Individual will consult with key business stakeholders to define and implement the vision and technical architecture for Salesforce, supporting both new patient acquisition, M&A opportunities, physician recruiting, and other business strategies. Synthesizing these needs, PO will develop and own the Salesforce product roadmap and strategy. This position requires extensive knowledge and proven experience in Salesforce.com development, design and delivery of complex business solutions built on the Salesforce platform, and various technology stacks outside of Salesforce.com to support integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a platform vision and roadmap that aligns with sales, marketing, M&A, recruiting, and business strategy; translate short and long-term business needs into scalable solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure the platform provides all features, tools, and integrations needed in order to accomplish business goals.
  • Develop and continuously refine the Salesforce.com roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership, marketing, and technical stakeholders
  • Leverage Agile to execute on your roadmap lead the daily scrum, manage & prioritize the backlog, define user stories, and contribute and lead the appropriate agile ceremonies backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective
  • Gather and define requirements/user stories that are required to deliver new functionality and integrations with Salesforce
  • Identify & promote best practices on the Salesforce platform, remains current on technological advances relevant to supporting efficient business processes and makes recommendations that drive organizational growth and innovation.
  • Develop & deliver Salesforce training for internal users to ensure adoption and maximize the effectiveness of the platform
  • This role works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative, bringing forth solutions, and executing independent judgment

Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Solid understanding of Sales & Marketing processes including digital marketing
  • Proven experience leading change in an Agile/Scrum or Lean environment in a similar role.
  • Ability to write detailed business requirements/user stories for Agile/Scrum team to execute.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps or similar tools such as JIRA
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans.
  • Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and other teams
  • Ability to Influence and deliver in an environment with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Ability to quickly gather and assess relevant data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Plusses (Not Required):
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
  • Experience or knowledge in various Salesforce.com integrations
  • Ability to develop technical documentation for training and user procedures
  • Excellent project management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in relevant technology or business field
  • Contact Center experience is a plus
  • HealthCare experience is a plus
