Responsibilities and Duties

No cold calling - access to existing and prospective clients

Assist clients in choosing the best insurance policy

Timely transaction processing

compensation: Hourly plus bonus

Must have a Illinois casualty insurance license, excellent communication, sales and customer service skills. Bilingual (English & Spanish) applicants strongly encouraged to apply.

Ability to work efficiently and complete multiple tasks in a high-pace environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends. Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the day both on the phone and in person.

Maintain a professional office appearance and work environment at all times.

Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently as required.
