WindowWorks is one of the largest full-service window replacement companies in the Midwest. We provide homeowners with a professional turnkey experience when replacing windows, doors, siding, and other exterior products. We are looking to add a few Sales Consultants to our growing team in the greater Chicago market.

WindowWorks is dedicated to helping homeowners replace old outdates windows and exterior products with the industry’s leading energy efficient products, but at exceptionally reasonable prices. We make homes more beautiful, more comfortable, more energy efficient, and more enjoyable. We are looking for accomplished, driven, candidates to help our customer’s upgrading their homes while earning a substantial income above $100,000 per year.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Must be able to communicate respectfully and persuasively with lots of different personalities

Excellent presentation and listening skills

Professional image

High energy, results oriented, and eager to succeed

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience a plus

A proven track record of closing sales

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivation and results oriented

Strong sense of accountability

Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends

Must be able to pass a background check
