Accurate Auto Insurance Agency is hiring full time Insurance Agents for Inside Sales at our Rockford and Elgin Offices.
We offer top pay / salary plus commission and excellent benefits to full time employees including: medical and 401k.
Must have a Illinois casualty insurance license, excellent communication, sales and customer service skills. Bilingual (English & Spanish) applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
Ability to work efficiently and complete multiple tasks in a high-pace environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include some weekends. Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the day both on the phone and in person.
Maintain a professional office appearance and work environment at all times.
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently as required.
