Production Worker

We are seeking candidates for various Production roles on 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts. Compensation for these roles are $14.04 to $19.03 per hour. Ask about our Direct Hire opportunities! Production Worker Main Responsibilities:

Operate molding machine for continuous operation and perform set-up operations

Set-up, adjust and operate multiple spoolers to efficiently produce good quality fishing line

Perform mixing functions for all dough baits, liquid attractants and Gulp! baits

Place packages into bulk warehouse boxes

Operates, performs set-ups, troubleshoots and repairs machines and equipment to ensure safety, product quality and efficiency

Production Worker Key Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience, depending on position

Must be mechanically inclined, depending on position

Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide

Ability to lift up to 25-60 pounds occasionally, depending on position
