Job Description

If you'd like to work just a couple of hours a dayand have some basic administrative skills, consider joining this awesome team at our new office location! As Office Administrator, you'll provide general office support including mail, office supply inventory, and office equipment maintenance management.

  • Ensure the maintenance of adequate office supply inventory. Place and track orders as needed.
  • Oversee office support vendors including copiers, water, coffee, cleaning services, etc.
  • Serve as point of contact with office landlord.
  • Manage security/access procedures including issuance of badges, fobs and keys.
  • Distribute incoming mail and handle outbound mail with USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
  • Maintain bulletin boards. Post/remove communications to ensure compliance with mandatory postings, timely posting of internal communications, and organization to maintain neat and current boards.
  • Plan and organize office safety measures including emergency drills, fire extinguisher checks, etc.

We're looking for someone who will work approximately 2 hours/day, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications

Our qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Office administration experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office software – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
