Agile Business Analyst Raleigh, NC, Irving, TX or Minneapolis, MN (after COVID) The ideal candidate will work 100% remotely for now and open to filling this role in 1 of the 3 other Auto hubs - Raleigh, NC; Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN. Leading Bank Pay : DOE W2 only Required Qualifications - 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business process experience, or a combination of both

- Jira experience Desired Qualifications - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Agile experience (minimum 2 years) - Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners - Ability to present to multiple levels of management - Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment - Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability - Proven ability to successfully work independently in a virtual team environment - Confluence (WikiD) experience Other Desired Qualifications - Auto Servicing Industry Experience - BA, Scrum Master, or Product Owner Certification - Experience with Regulatory initiatives (E.g. CFPB, OCC) Key Responsibilities Include: - Provide business and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. - Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows. - Translate requirements and system needs into effective customer experiences, collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes, requirements, and system needs. - Act as a direct extension of the Product Owner to identify, understand, and execute upon Line of Business priorities that the Agile team will deliver - Work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects and participate in efficient development, delivery and deployments - Effectively lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions. - Perform business configuration of software products. - Write high quality business requirements documents, including user stories and agile-centric documentation - Partner with developers and user acceptance analysts in the planning, support and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting all relevant test scenarios and test cases - Partner with Implementation Readiness teams to support the business, assess user needs, and ensure teams are ready for process and tool changes - Supplement business user groups' training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
